The building complex corner 999 Dandenong Rd and 1 Warley Rd Malvern East was built in 1997. This site was originally a timber yard. Robert Luxmoore Project Management managed the site acquisition, planning approval from Stonnington Council and designed to suit accommodation for Monash University International Students. The site was named Malvern Mews. After the construction completed, the property was managed by Monash University for International student accommodation from 1997 to 2014. In Dec 2014, Monash University returned the management of the properties to their respective owners. The Malvern Mews Stage 2 construction was purpose designed to suit accommodation for International students. Therefore, we are continuing to run the property as student accommodation.
The property had been renovated and well maintained. It provids a comfortable and safe environment for students to live in and to study. |
